Tracking Your Order

Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you an Order Confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Confirmation email to let you know when we’ve dispatched your order and how to track it. 

International Delivery

We deliver to Canada, the Caribbean & South America.

Please note, if you order outside of the US you will have to pay any import charges and taxes that are applied by your local authority. Please check these requirements with the relevant authority before placing an order.

Redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional delivery payment.

Delivery timeframes for international orders may vary and can be extended due to customs clearance processes and other factors outside of our control.

All delivery charges are subject to change.

Signatures may be required upon delivery, so please ensure your delivery address is ready to accept deliveries. If you are not able to sign for the delivery yourself, please ensure you know the person who is signing on your behalf.

All orders are accepted subject to availability of products.

Prices will be those ruling at the order date.

We accept returns and exchanges that fall within the first 30 days of purchase.
